Product Manager

My client is seeking an experienced product manager to join the team on a contract. This role involves largely on site working.

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives and portfolio priorities.
• Use market insights and customer research to shape and refine the product strategy.

Planning & Prioritisation

• Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable requirements, prioritising features and initiatives across teams.
• Lead preparation for PI Planning and present the product vision to Agile Release Trains (ART).

Delivery & Execution

• Oversee the full product lifecycle – from ideation and design through to development, launch, and eventual retirement.
• Set clear KPIs and track measurable value for all delivered features.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager and Business Readiness Manager to ensure timely delivery and maximise business impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments to influence decision-making and gain alignment.
• Clearly communicate roadmap updates and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Customer Focus

• Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring all solutions deliver outstanding user experiences and tangible value
